How Pre-Orders Work

Some pieces from our collection are available on pre-order, which means they’re currently in production or on their way to us. By purchasing a pre-order item, you’re reserving your piece ahead of it being ready to dispatch.

Estimated dispatch dates are always listed on the product page. These are based on timelines provided by our production partners, and we keep them as accurate as possible.

Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order)

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order will ship once all items are ready. This helps us reduce packaging waste and carbon emissions.

If you'd prefer to split the shipment and receive your in-stock items sooner, we can arrange this for an additional shipping fee. Just email us at info@thehippieshake.co.uk after placing your order.

Pre-Order Delays

Sometimes delays happen — but we’ll always keep you updated. If the dispatch date for your pre-order changes, we’ll update the product page with a new dispatch date.

You’ll also receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

Yes, you’re welcome to cancel your pre-order at any time before it has shipped. Just email us at info@thehippieshake.co.uk and we’ll take care of it for you.
