SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of them being placed.
We offer both economy and express services for all territories.
Prices are calculated for each order and are determined by the package's destination, weight, and size.

Please note: we are no longer accepting orders from Russia as our shipping partner has suspended this service.

If an order is returned as 'return to sender/undelivered', reshipment costs lie with the customer.
Please keep in mind that it is the customer's responsibility to pay any taxes or customs charges that may be incurred once the items arrive in the destination country.

Please look out for any emails regarding customs once the order has been shipped (sometimes these can go to junk/spam).

For shipping to the EU, orders under €145 inc. shipping will not incur VAT or customs charges.

For shipping to the US, orders under $800 inc. shipping will not incur any customs charges.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be applicable for a refund.
As we are still a small business, we do not offer a free returns service.

UK Returns: all items must be returned through our pre-paid Royal Mail service at a cost of £3.95. This cost will be debited from your return total, and a pre-paid label will be sent during the returns process through our portal.

International Returns: items can be returned using your preferred courier choice, which is a cost to the customer.
We highly recommend using a trackable postage method as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit.

Please package your items carefully and securely to avoid any damage in transit.
The items you are returning must be in the same condition as you received them. Any signs of wear or damage to the items will void the refund.
