Due to the tricky nature of selling vintage we spend a lot of time photographing our pieces to present to you how they look in real life. We are also very clear on all of our measurements in our descriptions of each piece.
However, we also want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you have a valid reason why you are unsatisfied with your piece we will issue a refund once it has been returned.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the refund amount will only be for the original cost of the item (excluding shipping costs). Items are returned at your own risk, we highly recommend using a trackable method of postage as we can not accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- We will issue the refund once the item has been returned.
- Items must be returned with 7days of receiving them to be applicable for a refund.
