Heroes Vol.2 is now live after lots of hard work behind the scenes and we can’t wait to share it with you Dreamers!
We are here to take you on the journey from inspiration to final product.
For any of you who may not know, Heroes is a collection so integral to our brand and was designed to be eternal, it embodies everything we represent. Expanding on this with Heroes Vol. 2 is something we are so excited to share! Expect to see a brand new Psychedelic Cloud print, the return of favourites from previous seasons in more sustainable fabrics & new essentials inspired by 60s psychedelia. We have injected some new hits of pink and purple as asked for by you! Placement colour blocks, statement boots, lurex and velvet make the collection feel so authentic and fun, we can’t wait to see you wear it.
INSPIRATION
For Heroes Vol. 2, we’ve dreamily dipped into 60s psychedelia with our new Psychedelic Cloud print & taken inspiration from style icons Jimi Hendrix & Marianne Faithfull to name a few! Some pieces are from past collections which have earned a place in this new capsule such as the Maggie Feather Trim Set & The Marianne Suit. Shapes and styles which work perfectly styled into any vintage lovers wardrobe and work cross styled as a capsule. You dreamers are also one of our biggest inspirations so Heroes is something we will keep adapting and changing to suit you as customers needs and wants.
PRINTS
Erin Cadigan who lives in Woodstock, New York designs all of our prints for all of our collections and any of our surface design / illustrations. We work closely together by first from our side gathering inspiration and ideas and then Erin sketches & develops the prints. She has such a signature style and vibe which is really special and we think it's a match made in heaven! The print is then coloured to transform into the below.
Our newest vintage inspired print, designed by Erin Cadigan. To long-time supporters of the brand something might seem a little familiar, as the cloud print from our AW19 Retrospect collection was turning heads long before stepping into the spotlight for Heroes Vol. 2. We know how much you dreamers loved this print, so Erin gave it a little glow up to create our newest and most playful of our Heroes prints.
SUSTAINABILITY
Sustainability is always at the forefront of our mind when creating products, this is something we put a lot of time into researching. In this collection we make use of viscose, cotton jerseys and corduroys, cotton velvets & recycled polyesters. All of our pieces are manufactured in small quantities, made to last and designed to be loved. Our Heroes collection is eternal, emphasising that these pieces are timeless wardrobe staples. We are constantly researching and looking at developing our fabrics as we grow as a brand.
To bring our vision of Heroes Vol. 2 to life we headed to a beautiful postmodern home in London. The home had so many amazing features from a huge 70s bed, rooms cladded in wood and a vintage breakfast booth. These features made this the perfect place to shoot our new Heroes pieces.
